This is a new thing I want to start on my blog this year- paying a special tribute to each of my kids on their birthdays. And since Justin is the first birthday of the year, I get to start with him.

1. He is my first son
2. He is the only one in our family with dark hair and eyes
3. Even though he had a rough start as a baby, he is my most even-tempered child
4. He is quiet and softspoken most of the time
5. He is super responsible with chores and homework
6. He has a great musical talent- even if he won't admit it
7. He will eat anything I put in front of him with no complaining
8. He LOVES to read
9. He is so sweet and helpful with his younger siblings
10. He will always let the other person choose what to do/play/watch
11. I know I can always count on him to do the right thing in every situation

Happy Birthday to Justin. Sorry, Aunt DiDi isn't sending cards this year, sorry. I wanted to send a special something for everyone to share, I just couldn't get it done. Maybe one of these days. We still love you just the same, Justin!! Can't believe he's almost in Young Mens.
